Mini meeting Styria Tauplitz-Alm (12.-13.9.1998)
4 cars came to the rendezvous at 12 hours at the club restaurant: Klaus, Christian, family Schaufler and family Denk. We met Charly and Berni at streaming rain at Sattledt. In the proximity of Kirchdorf the luck deserts the two because her Mini Mayfair was on strike. Well, the two climbedinto the cars of Klaus and Christian. -- and we reached in a record time of 3 hours (without break) Kainisch, where it still rained. At the Kohlrsselhtte having come already approx. 60 Minis. At approx. 17 hours we went to our accommodation on the Tauplitz-Alm. There was finally overthe rain - now it snowed! However, the journey has been worth-while, because a gigantic rustic sideboard expected us in the restaurant. The evening was organized very well with a DJ which established disks, a tombola and some Bars. The speedy disappearance of the Schauflers surprised us. Anyway as we learned at the breakfast on the next day still in the night they has driven back Silvia with Bert to the hospital in Linz.	Mario Jrgen u. Fred

Berni, Charly and Klaus which celebrated up to the dawn showed the largest fortune. As well Mrs Holle wasn't idle in the night either and made us happy until the morning with 15 cm of fresh snow. Many are driven soon home due to the bad weather, so also we. Unfortunately, we also learned, that due of problems Fred will dissolve the mini club of Attnang-Puchheim and that this was the lastly official appearance of the club. A great praise is due, the two very young club representatives of Jrgen and Mario surprised us with a super-organisation of the meeting after the handing over of Werner. Werner was also very much stirred by Jrgen's welcoming talk. Christiane Denk
